During the visit, Vijay evaluated how civic teams address localized waterlogging, manage heavy-duty suction pumps, and respond to public distress calls received via civic helplines. The spot visit drew large attention from the public and ground media as TVK volunteers coordinated with local authorities to assess vulnerable low-lying neighborhoods and fast-track essential assistance for affected residents.
